The annual Canadian Federation for the Humanities and Social Sciences Scholarly Book Prizes recognize publishing excellence in the humanities and social sciences. Juries made up of academics from across Canada select winners from works that have received Program funding over the previous year. Four cash prizes in total are awarded to the best scholarly works written in English and French in the social sciences and humanities.
